New Entrepreneur Burak Kara’s EYE Experience
The EYE program in Foggia, Italy, served as an incredible stepping stone for my project. It provided me with essential practical knowledge and access to an international network.
Outcomes and Benefits of the Exchange Program
During this one-month exchange program, I learned firsthand how a business manager operates on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, thanks to Igor’s feedback and insights gained from meetings with international experts from Bulgaria, I made significant progress on the business plan for my medical AI startup. This process was a fantastic experience, offering both the opportunity to learn about daily operations and the chance to develop my own venture.
Activities Carried Out During the Exchange
I spent my days assisting Igor with daily office tasks and observing how he managed work distribution. We also held dedicated mentoring sessions to review my business plan and participated in both face-to-face and online meetings with a team from Bulgaria.
Burak Kara’s Next Steps
To finalize the details of my business plan by applying everything I learned here. As my company is being established, I plan to communicate directly with Igor and the Bulgarian team to evaluate collaboration opportunities, rather than just considering them on my own.
