Support for Women and Youth Employment in Afşar

A contract was signed for the "Reliable Food, Healthy Life, Afşar Balam" project of Afşar Balam Women's Initiative Production and Business Cooperative.

The cooperative, which operates in the Afşar district of Bala district, makes a name for itself with the local products it produces. With the support of Ankara Development Agency, it is aimed to increase production capacity and sales and marketing opportunities for the cooperative. At the end of the project, it is aimed to modernize traditional production processes as well as increase production capacity. Within the project, women and youth of Afşar will also be provided with training on cooperatives, modern agricultural practices, good agriculture, marketing, production strategies, branding, hygiene and macro economy.
