Sustainable and Local Development Strategy in Mamak is announced

The Lansman of the rural development strategy document, prepared by Mamak Municipality and to which our Agency also contributed, was held at the Music Teachers' School on December 13, 2023. The program hosted by Mamak Mayor Murat Köse; Mamak District Governor Ali Sırmalı, Ankara Development Agency Deputy Secretary General Emine Doğrukök, Agriculture and Rural Development Support President Dr. Ahmet Abdullah Antalyalı, General Director of Combating Desertification and Erosion Emin Karaman, Mamak District Agriculture Director Alper Dündar, municipal council members, NGO representatives, academicians and farmers attended. 

Following the opening speeches, the "Rural Development Exhibition in the Turkish Century in Mamak " was opened at the Music Teachers' School Exhibition Hall. Protocol members who visited the exhibition, which will remain open until December 24, were informed about the projects implemented by Mamak Municipality and the incentives and supports provided. In the afternoon session of the program, one of our Agency's experts, Dr. Coşkun Şerefoğlu, moderated a panel titled "Rural Development and Family Farming in Mamak"
