TechAnkara Project Market 2024 Applications Opened

Project applications are now open for the TechAnkara Project Market, which will be held for the eleventh time this year.

Application Conditions

  • Applications of "innovative" projects are expected for TechAnkara Project Market 2024.
  • Technology-oriented projects and projects that have completed the prototype phase are prioritized.
  • No legal entity is required for application.

Application

Applications for TechAnkara Project Market 2024 will be received through Ankara Entrepreneurship Portal.

Calendar

  • 03 April-22 May 2024: Acceptance of Project Applications
  • 23 May-15 June 2024: Jury Evaluations of the Projects
  • 24 June 2024: Announcement of the Top 100 Projects
  • 23 September 2024: TechAnkara Project Market 2024

The last day for entrepreneur applications is Wednesday, 22 May 2024 at 23:59 CET.

Evaluation of Applications

The projects will be evaluated by the jury members between 23 May and 15 June;

  • innovation
  • Commercialization Potential
  • Market Potential
  • Social and/or Environmental Benefit
  • Team

will be scored under the above headings.

Announcement of Projects in the Top 100

The first 100 projects determined as a result of the jury's evaluations will be announced on Monday, 24 June 2024;

will be announced and project owners will also be informed.

Awards

At the event, various awards will be given by Ankara Development Agency and important actors of the ecosystem:

  • 300,000 TL commercialization support for the first place winner
  • 200,000 TL commercialization support for the second place winner
  • 100,000 TL commercialization support for the third place winner
  • Vocational Training Special Award: 50,000 TL
  • Technical Education Special Award: 50,000 TL
  • Free office space for an entrepreneur at Ankara University Technopark for 1 year
  • Free office space for an entrepreneur at Bilkent Cyberpark for 1 year
  • Free office for an entrepreneur at Gazi Teknopark for 1 year
  • Free office for an entrepreneur at Hacettepe Teknokent for 1 year
  • Three entrepreneurs at Ostim Technopark for 1 year; Free use of the Incubation Center common area and free membership to the Prota Technology Production Workshop
  • Free office space for an entrepreneur at METU Teknokent for 1 year
  • Free office space for 1 year in the common area of Teknopark Ankara Incubation Center for three entrepreneurs
  • Free office space for an entrepreneur in Ankara Tekmer for 1 year
  • Free membership to a free office and prototyping workshop for 1 year at Başkent University BİTTO for an entrepreneur
  • Free office space for an entrepreneur at TOBB ETÜ Garaj for 1 year
  • Free workshops for 18 entrepreneurs at TechAnkara Entrepreneurship Center for a year
  • TechAnkara Accelerator Program for the top 10 entrepreneurs
  • Entrepreneurs in the top 100 will have the opportunity to have B2B meetings with investors on the day of the event.
