Türkiye Cyber ​​Homeland Program Starts in Ankara

Our agency has started the 2025 period studies of the Türkiye Cyber ​​Homeland Program, which will be implemented within the scope of "Development Agencies Cyber ​​Homeland Program Cyber ​​Security Training Cooperation" together with Gazi University.

In order to meet our country's need for cyber security experts, the program aims to raise the awareness of university students and to encourage and support their career planning in the field of digital and cyber security technologies by identifying potential talents and implementing training and talent development activities.

Application Conditions:

• The student must be a student at Gazi University in the 2024-2025 academic period (There is no department restriction).

• The student must be skilled in computing, curious about digital technologies and willing to improve himself.

• The student's ability to fully follow the face-to-face trainings to be held during the academic calendar year (Attendance in the trainings is mandatory.)

Applications for the program will be made through the link above until Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 23.59. Subsequently, as a result of the evaluations made by our Agency, students whose applications are accepted will be directed to the Siber Vatan Hackviser platform, and after the acceptance process, the students will need to complete the online training and tasks on the platform (linux, network training) within a period of 15 days.

Students who complete the tasks completely through the Hackviser Platform will be tested, and 40 successful students will be entitled to receive face-to-face training. Students will attend three trainings: CEH (white hat hacker) training, web security training and reverse engineering training, and each of these trainings will be face-to-face and five days long. The training will be held at Gazi University.

Students who participate in technical training and practices as part of the Cyber ​​Homeland Program will be directed to teams formed for deeper and technical training on the sub-themes of cyber security. At the Siber Vatan Bootcamp event, 10 days of in-depth and technical training, tasks and applications, reverse engineering studies, scenario-based exercises and competitions are held.
