Supply Chain Localization Program was Implemented with Arçelik

Supply chain localization module was put into service. This module was put into service on the https://www.yatirimadestek.gov.tr/ platform, which enables the products imported by buyer companies to be produced with domestic resources. This platform aims to bring together supplier companies and buyer companies in order to localize the products and services that buyer companies have already imported from abroad.

Within the scope of the supply chain localization program, the 2nd announcement was for the supply of Arçelik products and services from local suppliers. The list of products and services planned to be met by Arçelik from domestic suppliers was published on the www.yatirimadestek.gov.tr platform. In order to provide the products and services specified by Arçelik, eligible suppliers have also made their applications through this platform.

Announcements were made for 9 products and services determined by Arçelik, and a total of 65 companies applied to become domestic suppliers. The firms found eligible as a result of the evaluation; met with Arçelik IoT department and Arçelik dishwasher factory officials on April 12, 2023.

At the opening of the program, Ankara Development Agency General Secretary Dr. Cahit Çelik wished good luck to the companies participating in the program. He stated that the supply chain localization module has started to give the expected outputs. He said that Supply Chain Localization activities were initiated by Ankara Development Agency for the first time in 2015 and 15 activities have been carried out so far.

Ahmet Şimşek, Deputy General Manager of Development Agencies, stated that the supply chain localization module, which was implemented locally, has been nationalized. He emphasized that the Q&A, government support search, incentive robot and investment opportunities services offered on the www.yatirimadestek.gov.tr platform have attracted great interest. He stated that the event held with Arçelik will continue on April 13, 2023 with Vodafone.

Arçelik IOT department officials held face-to-face meetings with companies MCTEK, Teknopar Industrial, Rubiks Yazılım, Smartict Bilişim, Simovate Bilişim, Sigun Information Technologies and Alperen Tekay Monolib between 10:00-14:00 in our Agency.

Arçelik Dishwasher officials held meetings with Yedic Mühendislik, Telemar Defense, ACG Makine, Skytek Engineering, Sarkon Technology, Inventron Elektronik and HBS Solutions in the online meeting room.
