TechAkademi Management Consulting Program for SMEs

TechAkademi Management Consultancy Program, which was opened for SMEs in Ankara within the scope of the program, aims to provide management consultancy services in one of the subjects of family business constitution, ERP selection and integration, and human resources. Within the scope of the program, management consultancy services will be provided and a more efficient and more systematic working order will be ensured by contributing to the institutionalization of companies.

Services to be Provided:

a) Family Company Constitution

  • Conducting one-on-one meetings with all parties before the preparation of the family-company constitution,

  • Starting negotiations on the family constitution, organizing and managing meetings with the participation of all partners, second generations working in the company and the second generations to be determined with the partners, who are not working in the company yet,

  •  Reviewing, consulting and deciding on the articles of the family-company constitution one by one,

  • Consulting and deciding on the articles that are not included in the discussed articles, but that the majority of the partners want to be in the Constitution,

  • Writing the constitution, submitting it to the control and approval of the partners,

  • Approval of the Constitution and handing over to the parties,

b) ERP Selection, Integration, Optimization

  • If the company does not have an ERP Program

  • Determining the process requirements for ERP by meeting with all process owners in the company,

  • Making an effective in-house ERP organization

  • Researching alternative ERP programs

  • Analysis of alternative ERP programs, (with the participation of relevant process owners and ERP Responsible staff)

  • Determining the most suitable ERP program/s, receiving offers

  • Deciding on the most appropriate ERP program and providing it by the company

  • Establishing the roadmap with the meeting/s attended by the ERP provider and company ERP officer, submitting the roadmap to management approval,

  • Starting work according to the roadmap,

  • Making integrations according to their priorities, providing practical and effective training to users, testing the relevant process and putting it into operation in ERP

  • Managing ERP process documentation

  • If the company has an ERP Program

  • Analysis of the adequacy of the current ERP in terms of processes

  • If not, establishing an effective ERP organizational structure

  • If sufficient, initiation of optimization studies, creation and implementation of action plans,

  • If the ERP program is not sufficient in terms of processes, new ERP selection and integration

c) Human Resources

  • In case the company has a Human Resources Unit

  • Analysis of human resources processes-current situation analysis

  • Determining the human resources processes that should be according to the size of the company and organizational structure,

  • If necessary, the selection and placement process for human resources personnel should be managed as it should be.,

  • Creating an action plan according to the human resources processes that should be,

  • Implementation of actions, training of human resources personnel

  • Managing improved process documentation,

  • In the absence of a Human Resources Unit in the Company

  • Establishment of human resources unit,

  • Determination of human resources processes that are necessary for company size and organizational structure,

  • Creation of internal/external team,

  • Orientation/training of the human resources team,

  • Implementation of human resources with its processes,

  • Managing the documentation of human resources processes

Application Criteria:

SMEs located in Ankara can apply to the program. Participation is free and the quota reserved for this program will be for 15 companies. Applications will be received until April 14, 2023. The selection of companies will be made as a result of the evaluation, and the selected companies will be notified by e-mail on April 21, 2023. TechAkademi Management Consulting Program for SMEs will take place for 6 months.
